Then, MC GROUP Public Company Limited was founded on 23 May 2012 and investing in subsidiaries in July 2012, therefore no consolidated financial statements for Q2-2012 However, For the purpose of analysis, discussion and comparison, MC GROUP constructed financial statements on pro forma basis under new shareholding structure, consolidated financial statements for the period of 3 months and 6 months ending 30 June 2012, income statement for the period of 3 months and 6 months ending 30 June 2012 and cash flow statement for the period of 6 months ending 30 June 2013. The pro forma financial statements assumed that PK Garment (Import-Export) Co., Ltd., McJeans Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Winner Man Co., Ltd. were under MC GROUP PLC (registered on May 23rd 2012) during the whole period covered. The pro forma financial statements are in the enclosures of Management Discussion and Analysis.
