Job Description:

Support the SAP Team in planning, defining and managing implementation of Program changes and functional improvements. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is flexible and adaptable to change as the business grows and develops. Capable of running and managing a number of projects, the candidate must enjoy variety and demonstrate high levels of organizational skills and creative flair whilst at all times prioritizing his/her workload in order to meet deadlines and key objectives. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy are a must as is the ability to communicate effectively with all business and developments teams. The core activities revolve around Requirement clarification, Architecture definition, Technology selection, Architecture evaluation, collaboration and detailed maintenance of records and documentation.

The successful candidate will function as the Change Manager while reporting to the Head of IT, with freedom for independent initiative and judgment. The candidate will be responsible for the scope definition and its documentation and for the technical design and implementation of the agreed and approved changes. Specific duties include:

  • Identify Change requests amongst the centralized received tickets
  • Understanding of client requirements and translation of these requirements into functional specifications
  • Analyzing organizational needs and consulting of stakeholders in design and implementation
  • Review all Requests for Change to the applications for compliance and completeness
  • Conduct Business Impact Assessment & transition planning
  • Analyze existing processes underlying each Change request, determine and document process changes in the “to-be” processes
  • Schedule and organize Change Review Board meetings or other decision bodies
  • Liaise with stakeholders and technical staff
  • Negotiate appropriate change windows with the business for implementation and User testing.
  • Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
  • Communicate and coordinate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
  • Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
  • Ensure Solutions meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
  • Verify final product for Approval before launch. Manage Transport to productive systems.
  • Monitor and report on the status of changes and Identify and manage scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinating application activities with other business area and affiliates
  • Performs regular reporting to the customer about project progress
  • Ensure compliance to the change management process
  • Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
  • Ensuring application and support availability and maintaining application security.
  • Documentation of implemented systems, Project records and processes
  • Reviewing statistics and monitoring analytics maintaining the applications’ health
  • Troubleshooting, solving and discovering issues with application usability and user experience
  • Conducting user trainings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in either Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or related.
  • Successful track record of managing and delivering SAP implementation projects for a minimum of 6 years
  • Having experiences in SAP application develop and deployment with strong knowledge of SAP standard functionalities
  • Good hands on technical background SAP working experience in SAP FI, CO, SD, MM Modules.
  • Knowledge of EWM, PI/PosDM, RFC, ABAP or IS-Retail would be a strong plus
  • SAP cross module support and Retail business is advantage.
  • Good knowledge of IDOC, and Interface functionalities.
  • Functional and technical experience with SAP Solution Manager
  • A technical mindset with great attention to detail
  • Good organizational, communication and presentation abilities
  • Project Management Skills, Strong analytical skills, Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge in MS Visio for concept, Landscape and process charting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as software architect. At least 3 years of experience in architectural design, application
  • design and development (preferably in a large organization or multiple customers)
  • Excellent understand application technologies (C#.Net, VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML, SQL, T-SQL)
  • Familiar with Data management and Database design.
  • Good Working knowledge of MS Visual Studio (Team foundation) and SQL Management Studio
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
  • Experience in SSIS/ETL is an advantage
  • Knowledge of common web server platforms IIS
  • Understand programming disciplines and methodologies (Unit testing, UML, other modeling methods) and software quality assurance principles

Job Description:

The Information Security Officer (ISO) is accountable for ensuring appropriate controls are in place for the security of the company’s IT systems and applications. The ISO safeguards information by identifying, analyzing and reducing the likelihood and impact of possible threats to IT assets.

Additionally, the ISO is charged with ensuring procedures and activities comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. The ISO is the center of competence for Information Security providing an advisory services role and acting as the focal point for security compliance related activities and responsibilities.

  • Act as the committed owner of the security incident and vulnerability management processes from design to implementation and beyond
  • Take the lead on developing, maintaining and updating an Information Security Strategy
  • Enhance and maintain the company’s Information Security Framework and underlying policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Ensure that disaster recovery and emergency operating procedures are in place, effective and tested on a regular basis
  • Manage and assist in performing on-going security monitoring of IT systems including assessing information security risk through qualitative risk analysis on a regular basis, conducting functional and gap analyses to determine the extent to which key business areas and infrastructure comply with regulatory requirements
  • Implement and regularly conduct effective staff training programs to increase security awareness across the company
  • Evaluate and recommend new information security technologies and counter-measures against threats to information or privacy
  • Develop and prepare effective reports and dashboards to quickly visualize and monitor the IT security situation of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related fields
  • At least 3 years experience in IT Security field or System Administration field with a larger company.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux system administration
  • Hands-on experience with administration of Cisco or comparable enterprise-level network and security devices
  • Hands-on experience with common web technologies such as Apache, nginx, IIS, Magento, MySQL and SQL Server
  • Practical experience with scripting and automation (Linux shell scripting, Microsoft PowerShell) is an advantage
  • Some relevant technical certifications are expected, e.g. Linux, Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Server and Storage technologies
  • Information security related certification such as CISSP is of great advantage

Job Description:

  • All aspects of legal works i.e. giving legal advice to clients, drafting and     reviewing various agreements and various legal documents.
